This winter, make a cranberry ginger ale with cinnamon and lemon green tea powder to warm your soul.

What is a ginger ale?

Ginger ale is a wildly popular ginger-flavoured carbonated drink, which uses fermented ginger to make it fizzy and beneficial. It was created by a Canadian pharmacist and chemist, named John J. McLaughlin. In 1904, he showcased his “Pale Dry Ginger Ale.” The gingery drink went on to be known as “Canada Dry Ginger Ale.”

Ginger ale, as with other ginger products and carbonated beverages, is sometimes recommended as a home remedy for indigestion and motion sickness. It is also used to soothe coughs and sore throats.
